Kurt Irey’s primary practice encompasses the legal activities necessary for the timely and accurate completion of real estate transactions. This includes preparation and review of documents, as well as the performance of due diligence, title research, and opinion letters for real estate transactions and closings.

Kurt also represents clients in creating limited liability companies, corporations and other business entities, as well as dissolving business entities.

Kurt also assists clients with contract review and negotiation, and a variety of collections matters.
