Jerome Skinner has practiced complex tort, product liability and class action litigation, with an emphasis on commercial aviation litigation, since 1979.

Recently Jerry, as a member of the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee, acted as a member of the negotiating team that reached a historic $2.7 billion dollar settlement with the State of Libya on behalf of the 270 victims’ families in the terrorist litigation arising out of the Pan Am Flight 103 bombing. He has also represented families of victims involved in single-act terrorist event litigation, general aviation accidents and helicopter crash litigation.

Mr. Skinner has also represented individuals in actions brought against corporations that provided security in several commercial settings.

Jerry is the founder and President of Romanian Handicapped Ministries and RHM-Ro., outreach ministries to handicapped children and young adults in Constanta, Romania. These organizations fund and staff summer camps, a Medical/Therapy Office Center and medical supply activities in the inner city of this Black Sea port.
