Arthur H. Schlemmer is a senior trial attorney with Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer. His practice focuses on counseling the firms business, corporate and individual clients on legal matters including complex litigation in personal injury and death, contracts, business, Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, Federal Truth-in-Lending Act, insurance / E&O, conflict avoidance, aviation law, real estate, estate planning, and related matters.

Art has extensive responsibility for the evaluation and trial of complex litigation, having represented many of the firm’s clients in such matters.

Art serves on the Board of Directors of Hyde Park Country Club and Morningstar Coffee Creations, Inc.

He is former managing partner of the firm, during which time he led the design and construction of the firm’s new offices.

The father of three grown children, Art lives in Hyde Park with his wife, Linda, and their two miniature pinchers.
